Cranberry Fluff Salad

A festive, creamy, sweet-tart holiday salad made with cranberries, pineapple, marshmallows, and a luscious fluffy cream base.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup sugar (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and chop finely; mix with sugar if desired.
  2. Combine chopped cranberries, crushed pineapple with juice, and mini marshmallows in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  5. Gently fold the creamy mixture into the cranberry mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Top with nuts or extra marshmallows if desired.

Notes

For a sweeter flavor, add extra sugar. For extra texture, mix in chopped nuts, apples, or grapes.
