  • 2 pounds kielbasa sausage
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place kielbasa on a cutting board and slice hasselback-style, making deep cuts without cutting all the way through.
  3. Whisk Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika together until smooth.
  4. Brush the mustard mixture generously over the sliced kielbasa, making sure it seeps into the cuts.
  5. Transfer kielbasa to a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are crispy.
  6. If using cheese, sprinkle on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
