Skillet Bang Bang Chicken Thighs: A Delicious Recipe for Dinner

A quick and flavorful dinner option featuring succulent chicken thighs in a creamy, slightly spicy Bang Bang sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights or entertaining guests.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Optional garnishes: chopped green onions, sesame seeds, cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to the skillet. Stir until smooth.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the Bang Bang sauce. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, or cilantro, alongside rice, roasted vegetables, or salad.

Notes

Use high-quality chicken thighs for best flavor. Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
