Ingredients
  

Brownie
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 g eggs *as needed by package
  • 60 ml canola oil *as needed by package
  • 60 ml water *as needed by package
Cheesecake Layer
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 ounces
  • 67 g sugar 1/3 cup
  • 1 g egg
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 g sprinkles optional

  • Heart-shaped baking pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare your brownie mix according to the package directions. Add the prepared brownie batter to your lightly greased baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture to the top of your brownie batter and swirl with a wooden skewer or toothpick.
  5. Bake according to the package directions, adding an extra 4-5 minutes for the cream cheese layer.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from the pan. Top with sprinkles.

Notes

For a festive touch, use colored sprinkles for different occasions. Adjust the baking time slightly if using a different pan size.
