Ingredients
  

Margarita Punch
  • 750 ml Prosecco (or Champagne) (chilled)
  • 2000 ml seltzer (chilled)
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 375 ml tequila
  • 250 ml triple sec
  • 125 ml lime juice, (freshly squeezed)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 limes thinly sliced
  • 60 g kosher salt

Equipment

  • Pitcher

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher (or punch bowl or drink dispenser), add the seltzer and Prosecco.
  2. To a blender, add the frozen strawberries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth and pour into the pitcher. Top with fresh limes and strawberries. Stir to combine.
  3. Rim your glasses with a slice of lime and then dip them into salt. Add ice to your glasses, and fill them with the punch. Garnish with a slice of lime and fresh strawberry.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace the Prosecco and tequila with sparkling water and orange juice.
