- Bake the cake according to directions on the package.
- Let it cool completely. You can place it in the freezer for faster cooling.

- Stir in the frosting into the crumbled cake, about ½ cup at a time, until it holds together.
- Roll the mixture into balls or discs and place them on a baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate candy coating according to package directions.
- Dip each cake bite into the melted coating, ensuring even coverage. Place on wax paper to set.
- Let the bites set up, then optionally drizzle with melted red candy melts.
- Decorate with sprinkles before the coating hardens, if desired.
