- Start by placing cream cheese in a small bowl. Beat the cream cheese until it’s fluffy and smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl with the beaten cream cheese, except for the tortillas. Mix everything well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Take each tortilla and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over them.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form a log shape. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate the wraps for at least 1 hour until they firm up.
- After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and cut the rolls into slices of your desired thickness.
Notes
For a touch of freshness, consider adding a sprinkle of lemon zest to the filling. These roll ups are great for parties and can be prepared a day in advance.
