S’more Dipped Strawberries

Ingredients
  

Strawberries
  • 15 strawberries washed and patted dry
Marshmallow Creme
  • 360 g marshmallow creme
Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 120 g milk chocolate chips melted
Graham Crackers
  • 2 sheets graham crackers crumbled

Equipment

  • Microwave
  • Glass bowl
  • Ziplock bag
  • Cookie Sheet

Method
 

  1. Rinse and completely dry your strawberries. Lay out parchment or wax paper on a cookie sheet.
  2. Melt the marshmallow cream in the microwave for about 1 minute in a deep glass bowl.
  3. Stir the melted marshmallow cream with a spoon.
  4. Quickly dip the strawberries into the marshmallow mixture and lay on the cookie sheet.
  5. Place them in the fridge for about 20 minutes, or until the marshmallow cream stiffens.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips and pour into a ziplock bag. Cut a small hole in the corner of the bag, and drizzle over the strawberries.
  7. Crumble the graham crackers over the strawberries while the chocolate is still soft.
  8. Place back in the fridge for about 20 - 30 minutes, or until they have set up.
  9. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

For a twist, try using dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate for a richer flavor.
