Method
- Rinse and completely dry your strawberries. Lay out parchment or wax paper on a cookie sheet.
- Melt the marshmallow cream in the microwave for about 1 minute in a deep glass bowl.
- Stir the melted marshmallow cream with a spoon.
- Quickly dip the strawberries into the marshmallow mixture and lay on the cookie sheet.
- Place them in the fridge for about 20 minutes, or until the marshmallow cream stiffens.
- Melt the chocolate chips and pour into a ziplock bag. Cut a small hole in the corner of the bag, and drizzle over the strawberries.
- Crumble the graham crackers over the strawberries while the chocolate is still soft.
- Place back in the fridge for about 20 - 30 minutes, or until they have set up.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
For a twist, try using dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate for a richer flavor.
